He has also written music for three plays—Aristophanes’ The Birds, Christopher Marlowe’s Dr. Faustus, and Sophocles’ Antigone, all of which have been presented at Hartnell College in Salinas, CA. He wrote the music for the Monterey County Dance Theater's production of "The Nightingale," in April, 2019 in collaboration with choreographer/director Janette Harkness.  Along with his compositional accomplishments, he also has extensive conducting experience, having conducted full and chamber orchestras in concert situations as well as live ballet and musical theater performances.
